IDENTITY-LED SOCIAL STRATEGY

THE PROBLEM

Posting consistently wasn't translating into growth. The content was reaching existing followers, but rarely breaking beyond them. The quality was there, but the algorithm wasn't introducing the brand to new audiences.

WHAT WE DID

The challenge wasn't producing more content. It was creating a format the platform actually wanted to distribute.

Most brands assume reach is inconsistent because the algorithm is unpredictable. It isn't. The algorithm responds to patterns. After analysing the existing content, we identified where attention was being lost and why the platform wasn't expanding distribution. The issue wasn't frequency. It wasn't aesthetics. It was structure.

Rather than changing everything, we developed a new strategic content format built around audience psychology and platform behaviour. Every element was intentional: the hook, the narrative structure, the pacing, the payoff, and the audience journey. The goal wasn't simply to increase views. It was to create a repeatable format capable of consistently reaching new audiences.

THE RESULTS

575% above-baseline reach on the first three posts. Up to 89% of that reach came from non-followers.

More importantly, we'd identified a format the algorithm consistently wanted to distribute. The result wasn't a viral post. It was a strategic system the brand could continue building from.
